Wyndham City Libraries are offering a free home delivery service of books and other library items to library members that reside within the Wyndham municipality.
With residents unable to travel due to Covid restrictions, Wyndham Libraries staff are working under strict COVID safe protocols to provide their members with books, magazines, DVDs and more!
All items can be reserved online, or you can request the library staff make a selection for you based on your preferences. The library will then deliver them to your doorstep with contactless delivery. You will receive an email once your delivery is on its way.
The Library items that are borrowed and delivered will not need to be returned during the stay at home restrictions. To help our community, Wyndham Libraries no longer charge overdue fees.
Learning City portfolio holder Cr Jasmine Hill, said: "I hope that our residents would make the most of our local library services while at home. All items will continue to be renewed until the lockdown ends thus there will be no overdue charges. If you have any feedback how council can support you better, we'd love to hear from you."
