Young People Bring Their Vision To Life Through Art

More than 20 young people came together at Griffith Pioneer Park Museum on Sunday to take part in YOUth Vision: Mosaic Mural, a creative project celebrating youth voices and community connection.

Participants worked collaboratively to create a large-scale public artwork made up of 54 individual canvas tiles, forming a vibrant collective mosaic. The project was developed through a co-design workshop with members of the Youth Advisory Group, capturing their ideas, stories and vision for the community.

The completed mural will be displayed at Griffith Regional Aquatic Leisure Centre for the whole community to enjoy. The project is delivered by young people of Griffith, ConnectYouth 2680 and funded by the NSW Department of Communities and Justice.
