The City's 2026 calendar has been revealed with a picturesque sunrise shot of Barwon Heads by Fabian Reinelt the successful cover photo.
An impressive 833 entries from community photographers were submitted that embraced this year's theme of 'Your City, Your Eyes', which encouraged submissions offering fresh takes on Greater Geelong and its stunning features.
The community voted online from 28 images shortlisted by the City's judging panel to select the final 14 – one for each month, and front and back cover photos.
Calendars are available now for collection from several City locations including all City Customer Service Centres (Wurriki Nyal, Corio, and Drysdale), the Geelong Library and Heritage Centre, as well as Swim Sport and Leisure centres, while stocks last.
Australia Post will deliver calendars to residents that registered for delivery.

There are many of Greater Geelong's much-loved places featured the calendar, which showcase the unique beauty and history of our region. The talent and creativity of our local photographers is very impressive, and the number of entries this year shows the passion of our community.
Well done to all the selected photographers whose photos we will admire on our walls next year – something to be very proud of.
Ocean Grove resident Fabian Reinelt
We were going for a casual morning walk on the beach and I almost didn't bring my camera. It looked a bit overcast and I didn't want to carry it – it's quite heavy.I ended up bringing it, and it just kept getting better and better when we walked towards the pier.
Mr Reinelt's passion for photography began in childhood when he would often pick up his mum's film camera and quickly fill up the roll.
I bought my first proper camera to take touristy shots, and that turned into something more serious. I got a lot more interested in the art of photography. It's evolved into a mix between a hobby and something I'd like to pursue in the future.
Since being told of his selection for the calendar front cover, Mr Reinelt said the support has been "incredible".
Thank you so much for voting. I still can't believe it really – it's still surreal.
