Youth Forum

Council wants to hear from the Hawkesbury's young people: What do you want for Your Hawkesbury?

Hawkesbury youth aged 12 to 24 years old are invited to come along to a Youth Forum for Sustainability on Tuesday, 7 June from 4pm to 6pm at Hawkesbury Central Library, Deerubbin Centre, 300 George Street Windsor.

This Youth Forum will assist Council in developing its Environmental Sustainability Strategy which will help to inform our future climate change and sustainability planning.

Through workshop activities, the Forum will develop a 'Statement from the Next Generation' on some of the most important challenges and opportunities facing our time.

  • Do you care about sustainability and want to see our environment protected?
  • Do you want young people to have a strong voice in planning for the future?
  • Are you ready to think creatively about tackling climate change and complex challenges in the Hawkesbury?

If you answered yes to any of these questions, we want to hear from you!

Refreshments and dinner will be provided. Please indicate when registering if you require transport assistance to attend this Forum being facilitated by Hawkesbury City Council and Mosaic Insights.
