Young people from the southern end of our Peninsula will have access to youth support services and programs as our flagship youth hub gets the green light.
Council adopted the Southern Peninsula Youth Hub on Tuesday 6 September meaning work can begin straight away.
The $13 million project based at Olympic Park, Rosebud will be funded by Council with valuable contributions from the State and Federal Governments.
We will continue to work with our young people and key stakeholders to plan, design, deliver and manage this youth centre.
The two-year build will start in October 2022 and be ready in 2024.
