An 0800 number has been set up by Central District Police in relation to the search for Alan James Harris.
Police are seeking Harris in relation to a burglary at the Palmerston North police station yesterday morning.
The number is 0800 351 3600.
Anyone with information about Harris is urged to call this number.
He should not be approached and a warrant for his arrest has been issued.
