Donations will be shared equally among five participating charities within their chosen category.
The Fuel Support Payment forms part of the Cook Labor Government's commitment to supporting Western Australians with cost-of-living relief, with more than $1 billion in cost-of-living measures delivered through the 2026-27 State Budget, while continuing to build safe and inclusive communities.
As of 15 June, the ServiceWA app has recorded over 1.3 million users, with more than 1 million actively using Digital Identity to access services.People are encouraged to allow notifications from the app to ensure they receive important updates, including when the fuel payment is available to claim.
Preparing ahead of time will ensure driver's licence holders are ready to claim their $100 Fuel Support Payment from 1 July and avoid any last-minute delays when applications open.
The fastest and most convenient way to claim your payment is through the ServiceWA app. Claims can also be lodged via eforms and paper forms from 1 July 2026, however processing may take up to six weeks.
