Each year, Central Goldfields Shire Council participates in the Victorian Government’s state-wide Local Government Community Satisfaction Survey.
Residents and households may receive a telephone phone call from now until March from the independent market research agency, National Field Services asking a number of questions about different services Council provides.
The survey data provides Council with a local community perspective on service delivery performance over the past year and useful insight into where Council should focus efforts to make improvements to meet changing community expectations.
Details and individual responses are confidential. Only the overall results are shared with Central Goldfields Shire Council.
