2026 Community Satisfaction Survey Coming Soon

The annual Community Satisfaction Survey will soon be undertaken in Latrobe City and residents are being advised that they may receive a phone call to participate.

The survey, undertaken by Klein Research, will assess Council's performance and help identify areas for improvement and more effective service delivery for residents. The Victorian State Government runs Community Satisfaction Surveys in all Victorian councils.

Around 400 randomly selected households will receive a call between Monday 16 February and Friday 27 March.

Residents can be assured that they will not be identified by name and individual responses will remain confidential.

Overall results for the survey will be released later in the year.

Latrobe City Council Mayor, Councillor Sharon Gibson, is looking forward to residents sharing their feedback and encourages them to take part if selected.

"If you get a call from Klein Research, don't be afraid to stay on the line and tell us how we're going,"

"Your real and honest comments will help us understand what Council is doing well and what we should take a look at. We'll take on board as much feedback as we can to meet the needs of our community and we appreciate you taking your time to contribute," said the Mayor.
