ACCC
On 3 September 2026, the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (the ACCC) issued a final determination granting authorisation to Vintage Energy Ltd, Metgasco Ltd and Bridgeport (Cooper Basin) Pty Ltd to jointly market and give effect to provisions of gas supply agreements relating to the supply of gas from the ATP 2021 Vali Field in the Queensland Cooper/Eromanga Basin.
The ACCC grants authorisation for 5 years. Authorisation is also granted to give effect to agreements that may have gas supply terms up to and including 2046.
