Police are appealing for public assistance to locate Aden Mohamed.
The 32-year-old is wanted on warrant in relation to possess prohibited weapon and careless driving of a motor vehicle.
Mohamed is described as 185cm tall, with a medium build and black hair.
He is known to frequent the Truganina, St Albans, Collingwood, and Flemington areas.
Investigators have released an image of Mohamed in the hope someone may be able to provide information on his current whereabouts.
