An AFP employee has been charged with one count of aggravated common assault (family violence), contrary to section 26(1) of the Crimes Act 1900 (ACT), and two counts of aggravated property damage (family violence), contrary to section 116(3) of the Crimes Act.
They appeared in the ACT Magistrates Court today, 18 August, 2025.
The employee was charged by ACT Policing on 18 August, 2025.
