National Customer Service Week (2 - 6 October) is an opportunity to raise awareness of customer service and the vital role it plays within organisations.
The week is supported by the Institute of Customer Services, and at the Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) we are proud to celebrate the hard work that our colleagues do across the organisation, for all our customers.
Monday's theme for National Customer Service Week is "The Future of AI".
