Kiama Council
The settlement of Kiama Council's sale of its Akuna Street landholdings has been delayed to 15 December 2022.
The sale of the Council-owned commercial property to buyers Level 33 Property Developers was due to settle today (2 December).
Level 33 advised Council it needed additional time to complete the transaction and requested an extension of the settlement date to 15 December, which we have reluctantly agreed to.
Kiama Council will update the community, including announcing the sale price, once the sale has settled.
