Allanson serious crash

Major Crash officers are investigating a serious crash that occurred in Allanson (near Collie) on Friday, 29 May 2020 in which two people were seriously injured.

About 9.40pm, a white Holden Rodeo utility was travelling south along Collie River Scenic Drive when the vehicle left the road and struck a tree a short distance from the Coalfields Highway.

The 21-year-old male driver and a 17-year-old female passenger, both sustained serious injuries in the crash and were airlifted to Royal Perth Hospital for medical treatment.

A four-wheel-drive vehicle was in the area and possibly travelling with the Holden Rodeo Utility and Major Crash investigators would like to speak to the occupants of that vehicle.

Anyone who saw the crash, or the Holden Rodeo utility travelling in the area prior to the crash, or who has dash-cam vision relating to this crash, is urged to come forward.
