AMBER ALERT at Toowoomba

AMBER ALERT, Toowoomba

The Queensland Police Service is seeking urgent public assistance to help locate a 18-month-old boy who was taken from a residence on Harrison Court, Darling Heights in Toowoomba at midday today who may be at significant risk.

The boy is described as African, 80cms tall, shaved head, medium build. It's unknown what he was last seen wearing.

A woman was seen taking the boy from the house and putting him into a car.

The woman is described as African, 170cm tall with short black hair and of medium build. It's unknown what she was last seen wearing.

The car is a red, 2006, Honda Accord Sedan with Queensland registration 297MBJ and was known to be travelling eastbound along the Ipswich motorway at Goodna around 1.20pm this afternoon.

Her current whereabouts are unknown, however she has connections to Woolloongabba and Logan Central.
