Lorraine Diguer becomes Ambassador to the Republic of Tunisia. Ms. Diguer replaces Patrice Cousineau.
Sara Nicholls becomes High Commissioner in the Republic of Mozambique. Ms. Nicholls replaces Caroline Delany.
Élise Racicot becomes Ambassador to the Portuguese Republic. Ms. Racicot replaces Elizabeth Rice Madan.
