The Annual Declaration on Compliance (ADC) 2023 will begin on 17 April 2023.
The declaration is a regulatory requirement and can only be completed by the person who is legally responsible for the registration of the RTO (the Chief Executive Officer).
On 17 April 2023, ASQA will email RTO CEOs a unique weblink to the online declaration.
To inform all RTO CEOs of this year's process, and to provide information on how to prepare for the ADC, ASQA has sent an email on 17 March 2023.
If your CEO has not received the initial email from ASQA, you will need to:
- check their spam/junk mail folder
- if the email did not arrive in the spam/junk mail folder, check that the email address for your CEO contact is correctly listed on training.gov.au
