Appeal after sexual touching at Penrith

Police are appealing for information following a sexual touching in Sydney's west late last year.

About 5.30pm on Tuesday 3 November 2020, a 20-year-old woman was sitting outside a shopping centre on Henry Street, Penrith, when she was approached by an unknown man.

Police have been told the man sexually touched the woman before walking away when she threatened him.

Officers from Nepean Police Area Command were notified and commenced an investigation.

Following extensive inquiries, police have released images of a man who may be able to assist with their inquiries.

He's described as being of Caucasian appearance, about 180cm tall, of slim build, with dark hair and facial hair. At the time, he was wearing a black suit and black shoes and carrying a white paper bag.
