Appeal To Identify Persons: Hooning Event At Logan

Queensland Police are appealing for information to identify several people as they continue their investigations into a large hooning event and wilful damage of police vehicles that occurred in the vicinity of Waterford West yesterday, March 9.

Officers responded to an out-of-control event on Bourke Street around 2pm yesterday. People at the event had damaged three police vehicles.

The officers in those vehicles were not physically injured.

Investigators have released images and vision of several persons who may be able to assist with enquiries into the incident and are appealing for them or anyone who may be able to identify them to come forward.

Investigators are also appealing for anyone with any further information that may assist their enquiries into the event to come forward.

Investigations are ongoing.
