Applications now open for Aust Rural Leadership Program

CRDC

Applications are now open for the Australian Rural Leadership Foundation's premier program, the Australian Rural Leadership Program (ARLP).

Over the past 30 years, the cotton industry has supported 44 leaders to participate in the ARLP: leaders like cotton grower Elizabeth Stott (pictured), who is now on the board of Cotton Australia.

"As a result of the program, my most significant learning about leadership is the importance of leading for a higher purpose or greater good, compared to leading for reasons that are largely self-serving," Elizabeth said.

"Any leader will face a number of challenges along their journey, and without a drive to achieve for the greater good; many "leaders" will not have what it takes to succeed - especially when some of these challenges may have a personal impact."

Applications close 5 August 2022 for Course 30 of the program, which will run from June 2023 to October 2024. Apply today!
