The City of Swan is now accepting applications from residents who would like to utilise clean fill materials, which can be combinations of:
- Gravel
- Sand
- Limestone
- Clay
- Small rocks
- Concrete (footpath/kerbing) pieces no larger than 200-300mm in diameter
- Small amounts of vegetation, such as grasses and weeds
How to apply for clean fill materials:
To get started, please apply for a Development Approval to fill your property.
The minimum weight of clean fill available to individual residents is 50 tonnes. Please ensure there is safe access to your property for trucks ranging from 15 to 28 tonnes.
If your application is approved:
You will have an opportunity to inspect the materials before agreeing to a delivery.
Before any deliveries take place, a Deed of Agreement is to be signed by the recipient and the City of Swan.
