Arson Squad detectives have charged a 22-year-old man as a result of their investigation into a house fire that occurred in Armadale on Thursday, 21 February 2019.
It is alleged the man set fire to the home on Sixth Road. The home was completely gutted by the fire and the damage bill was estimated at $200,000.
The man from Kelmscott has been charged with Criminal Damage by Fire and is due to appear before the Armadale Magistrates Court today, 1 March 2019.
