Armed robbery near Campbelltown

Police are investigating the armed robbery of a fast food store in Sydney's south-west last night.

Just before 10pm (Sunday 22 September 2019), a man entered a fast food restaurant on The Parkway, Bradbury, and threatened a 22-year-old male employee with a firearm, demanding cash.

As the armed man stole money from the registers, he threatened a delivery driver who had returned to the store, before fleeing through the car park towards Jacaranda Avenue.

Officers from Campbelltown Police Area Command established a crime scene and have commenced an investigation into the circumstances surrounding the robbery.

The man is described as being 185cm tall, with a slim to medium build, and had his face covered with a black mask.

At the time, he was wearing a grey hooded jumper, black pants, and black shoes.

Staff were not physically injured.
