Arrest after Exmouth search warrant, WA

Exmouth Police have charged a 59-year-old man with drug offences as a result of their investigation into illicit drugs in the community. On Thursday 13 September 2018, officers executed a search warrant at a residence on Hall Street in Exmouth and it is alleged during the search they located and seized:-

•Approximately 2.9kg of Cannabis, WA Police say;

•112 seedling cannabis plants;

•Hydroponic grow set-up with cannabis plants; and

•Various drug paraphernalia.

The Exmouth man has been charged with:-

•Two counts of Possess Cannabis;

•Two counts of Possess Drug Paraphernalia;

•One count each of Possess Cannabis with Intent to Sell/Supply;

•Cultivate Cannabis with Intent to Sell/Supply; and

•Cultivate Cannabis;

He is due to appear before the Exmouth Magistrates Court on 9 October 2018.
