Fremantle Detectives have charged a 30 year old Spearwood man with a number of burglary and stealing offences.
The charges relate to a series of burglaries during January and February 2017 at commercial and business premises across the South Metropolitan Policing District. Some of the suburbs (not all) where the incidents occurred are East Fremantle, South Fremantle, Coogee, Kwinana and Baldivis, WA Police say.
Fremantle Detectives executed a search warrant at a residence in Spearwood and it will be alleged police located and seized approximately $100,000 worth of stolen property, including three motorcycles, a stolen motor vehicle and assorted tools.
The man has been charged with:-
•Four counts of Stealing a Motor Vehicle;
•Four counts of Stealing;
•Two counts of Burglary and Commit;
•Two counts of Possess Prohibited Drug;
•One count of Reckless Driving and
•One count of Driver of Vehicle Fail to Comply with a Direction to Stop.
He is next due to appear before the Fremantle Magistrates Court on 24 March 2017.
The investigation is ongoing and anyone with any information regarding these incidents is asked to call Crime Stoppers.
