Police have arrested a man and are searching for two others after suspicious fire in January.
About 12.35am on 12 January, three suspects attended a business at Payneham Road in a stolen car and poured petrol throughout the premises before setting it on fire.
Suspect one was wearing black pants and black hooded jacket.
Suspect two was wearing black pants and black jacket.
Suspect three was wearing blue denim jeans, black Nike jumper, black hat, red sunglasses and believed to be between 30 - 40 years old.
MFS and police fire techs attended and assessed the scene.
The stolen car was later located in Virginia and seized.
After an investigation, police located the first suspect who was injured during the incident. He was arrested on Wednesday 4 February, charged with serious criminal trespass and arson. He was refused police bail and attended the Christies Beach Magistrates Court the next day (CO2600005149).
Enquiries are being made to locate and arrest the second suspect.
