Ashurst advises Grow Finance on A$300 million warehouse securitisation

Global law firm Ashurst has advised Grow Finance on its A$300 million warehouse securitisation for equipment finance and other products. 

Grow Finance is a leading non-bank lender for small and medium-sized businesses.

This facility is an important funding source for Grow Finance as it expands its SME lending business and develops a range of new financial products beyond its traditional asset and business funding space.
