Ashurst Guides Lenders in Nutrisens LBO Financing

Ashurst advised unitranche lenders on the unitranche financing in the context of the acquisition by Cinven of Nutrisens, a clinical nutrition specialist backed by Sagard since 2021. Ashurst also advised the super senior revolving lenders on the establishment of a revolving credit facility agreement for general corporate purposes.

Founded in 2011 and headquartered in France, Nutrisens has become a European leader in clinical nutrition, developing products and supplements tailored to patients' pathologies. The group achieved a turnover of €180 million in 2024, employs over 750 people, and is present in more than 30 countries, continuing its geographic expansion and product range development.
