Global law firm Ashurst Perkins Coie is advising Darblay Capital on the £1.026 billion takeover of Spire Healthcare Group plc by Tulip UK Bidco Limited. Darblay Capital is acting as financial adviser to Tulip UK Bidco Limited.
Spire is a leading, independent healthcare group in the United Kingdom, operating 38 hospitals and over 55 clinics across England, Wales and Scotland with a strong presence in Mental Health Talking Therapies and Occupational Health delivery. Spire shares are admitted to trading on the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange and it is a constituent of the FTSE 250 index. Tulip UK Bidco Limited is a newly formed company to be indirectly owned by a consortium of investors including Toscafund, Three Hills and Ares.
