Assaultin Brisbane CBD

Police are seeking assistance to identify a man who assaulted another man in Brisbane last month.

Just before 5pm on September 24, two men were walking along George Street when one man has tried to pass the other, who was on his phone.

The 45-year-old man inadvertently clipped the man's shoe which has caused the man to turn and strike him in the face.

He then continued to verbally abuse the man before walking off.

The 45-year-old sustained injuries to his jaw as a result of the strike.

Anyone who can identify the man is urged to come forward to police.
