AUSTRAC Online (AO) will be unavailable from 5pm AEDT Wednesday 21 December to 5pm AEDT Friday 23 December 2022 for important system maintenance.
During this time, you will not be able to login to AO and you will not be able to:
- submit transaction reports - via AO or via machine-to-machine
- submit registration renewal applications
- update your business details
- request changes to submitted transaction reports.
Please ensure you make arrangements for the submission of registration renewal applications and transaction reports outside of this AO outage time period.
Alternative arrangements for submitting suspicious matter reports related to terrorism financing will be provided soon.
