Bored with the company, he decided to give his friends a live account of events on WhatsApp and they gave him a few words of wisdom on how to proceed
First dates can go one of two ways: filled with laughs, sparks and feelings of butterflies - or then there's that horrible sinking feeling.
When one lad went on a date with a girl he'd boasted to his friends about, he was disappointed that their trip to Nando's wasn't going so well.
Sending a photo of the girl looking bored on her phone, he told them: "this is going down faster than Titanic. RIP. Sinking ship."
He then confessed he had 'no idea what to do' before asking his friends if he should leave.
Their advice? Don't leave just yet - have a little fun with it.
