Bayside Council has signed an agreement with Swing Factory that will see the Barton Park Driving Range in Riverine Park developed into a new community recreation facility.
The Barton Park Driving Range has been an iconic part of Riverine Park since the 1980s and this agreement represents an opportunity to create an exciting new facility for all level of golfers, as well as recreational users, families and the broader community.
The proposed development will feature:
- 56 premium driving range bays across two levels, all featuring integrated Toptracer Range technology and adjoining lounge areas.
- Premium outdoor dining terraces, cabanas and event spaces.
- An architecturally designed 18-hole mini golf course.
- Four pickleball and two padel courts.
- A modern clubhouse incorporating food and beverage facilities.
- Flexible indoor and outdoor event spaces catering for corporate functions, community events, private celebrations and children parties.
