Traffic Enforcement Group officers are seeking information regarding a crash that occurred in Bayswater on Saturday, 12 June 2021.
About 6.15pm, a red 2013 model Holden Commodore station wagon and a silver 2002 model Hyundai Elantra hatchback, collided at the intersection of Guildford Road and Tonkin Highway.
The 42-year-old male driver of the Hyundai was conveyed to Royal Perth Hospital with a chest injury and released the next day.
The 33-year-old female driver and two passengers in the Holden Commodore received minor injuries.
Investigators urge anyone with dash-cam or mobile phone vision of the crash or the Holden Commodore or Hyundai Elantra travelling in the area prior to the crash, to upload the vision via this link:
