Perth's newest residential estate Marisol at Lefroy, located on the former Beaconsfield TAFE site, has officially launched its first release, with 25 single residential lots now available.

Stage 1 lots are priced from $362,500 and range from 173 square metres to 427 square metres.

Lots include a mix of rear-loaded cottage lots and traditional street-frontage lots.

Spanning 3.8 hectares, Marisol at Lefroy will deliver up to 155 homes and transforms the former TAFE site, delivering high-quality urban design, environmental sustainability, and strong integration with the surrounding community.

The broader Lefroy redevelopment also includes the adjacent 10.2-hectare Kinway at Lefroy precinct.

Together, the two projects will transform the area, ultimately delivering up to 700 new homes, offering a range of housing options from single residential lots to apartments.

Kinway at Lefroy will regenerate the Davis Park precinct, improving connections with the surrounding community.

The precinct will also feature the Lefroy Neighbourhood Centre, a mixed-use development at the corner of South Street and Fifth Avenue, planned to deliver retail and residential uses.

Up to 20 per cent of dwellings across the Lefroy redevelopment will be allocated to social and affordable housing.

As stated by Planning and Lands Minister John Carey:

"Our government is delivering a number of long-term urban renewal projects to create more homes, including at the former Beaconsfield TAFE site and at Davis Park.

"Lefroy has required extensive remediation, the demolition of the TAFE and the staged relocation of tenants, and this represents a major milestone after significant work by our government through DevelopmentWA.

"This project will ultimately deliver hundreds of homes and is part of our record $10.8 billion investment in housing since 2021."

As stated by Fremantle MLA Simone McGurk:

"It's exciting to see the transformation of this part of Beaconsfield progress, delivering new homes in a well-connected community.

"Our government is delivering a new neighbourhood centre and hundreds of homes, and I look forward to welcoming new residents."
