BetEasy Darwin Triple Crown tickets now available to purchase

Darwin is set to host another action-packed Supercars in June next year, setting the town alight and providing a significant boost to the local economy.

The Territory Labor Government is investing $3 million into the event. With over 40,000 spectators enjoying the event each year, including 4000 car-lovers from interstate, it returns some $16 million to the Territory economy annually.

The popular event now has BetEasy as the new naming rights sponsor and is set to thrill Territorians and visitors with non-stop racing action from 14-16 June 2019 at Hidden Valley Raceway.

As one of the biggest and most-anticipated sporting events in the Territory, Minister for Tourism and Culture, Lauren Moss encouraged fans to purchase their tickets as soon as possible to avoid missing out.

Kicking off the 22nd year of Darwin supercars is the Transporter Night Convoy on Wednesday night, where both locals and visitors can get see the 2019 Darwin Triple Crown procession make their way into the city from Hidden Valley.

Fans can watch on along the convoy route or get involved in the free family fun at Raintree Park with kids entertainment, food stalls, music and shopping.

Hidden Valleys Merchandise Alley will be a family favourite over the weekend with kids entertainment, interactive displays, trade stalls, food and beverage outlets, displays and of course numerous retailers and official merchandise providers.

As well as a whole range of exciting new entertainment, the much-anticipated RACE & ROCK concerts are back. Fans are being urged to stay tuned for the announcement of the headline acts for next year.

A range of ticket options are available to purchase at www.darwinsupercars.com.au including the three-day Hot Pass for $99 and the $990 Hot Pack, which enables groups to secure 13 tickets for the price of 10.

Minister Moss, also congratulated this years Supercars volunteers who have taken out the Virgin Australia Best Volunteer Group at the 2018 Virgin Australia Supercars Championship Series Awards in Sydney this week. The accolade was awarded to the group of volunteers from local and interstate motorsports communities for their ongoing commitment to the event, which significantly contributed to the overall success of the 2018 CrownBet Darwin Triple Crown.
