Secretary of State Antony J. Blinken will lead the U.S. delegation to the third Summit for Democracy (S4D3). Hosted by the Republic of Korea from March 18-20 in Seoul, S4D3 will feature a three-day program of events with government officials, civil society representatives, and private sector individuals. On the first day of programming, Secretary Blinken will provide opening remarks in the Summit opening ceremony, deliver the U.S. intervention during the ministerial conference, and give a speech on information integrity.

Finally, Secretary Blinken's speech on information integrity will take place at the Multi-Stakeholder Roundtable of S4D3 on Monday, March 18, 2024, at 2:00 p.m. local/1:00 a.m. EST.
