We are improving customer service by upgrading our outdoor venue online booking system. An alternative way to make bookings will start on 25 May.
Council has around 50 outdoor venues available for bookings. This includes pavilions, cricket batting cages, football ovals, tennis courts, and baseball diamonds.
Our facilities are often booked for seasonal sport, school sport carnivals and events.
If you are planning to book our outdoor sporting venues for your sporting club or school, there will be a temporary process change while we move over to a new booking system.
Bookings can still be made in our current online system until 24 May.
Between 25 May to 30 June, bookings can be made or changed by completing the venue booking form and emailing it to [email protected] . More information is on the Book a recreation or sporting facility webpage .
From 1 July, you can make bookings in our new online booking system. The new online system will be more intuitive to provide a better customer experience. If you are planning to make a booking from 1 July or onwards, we request that you wait until the new system goes live to make a booking.
Information for existing customers
If you have an existing booking at one of our outdoor venues, please be reassured that your booking will automatically be moved into our new online booking system. We will contact you directly with further information.
