Griffith audiences are invited to take centre stage when Choose Your Own Musical Theatre Adventure - with Queenie Van de Zandt comes to Griffith Regional Theatre on Friday 17 April 2026.
Starring the incomparable, multi-award-winning musical theatre star Queenie van de Zandt, this joyful and completely original celebration of all things Broadway promises a night of powerhouse vocals, laugh-out-loud showbiz stories and inspired theatrical antics.
But this is no ordinary musical theatre concert. In a playful twist on tradition, audiences will use their smartphones to shape the evening in real time, choosing which musical theatre bangers are belted, which behind-the-scenes tales are revealed and what delightful mischief unfolds on stage. Part cabaret, part concert and wholly unpredictable, the show ensures no two performances are ever the same.
Theatre Manager, Margaret Andreazza said the production offers something truly special for local audiences. "Queenie is an extraordinary performer with a rare gift for connecting with her audience. This show is clever, interactive and full of heart, it gives audiences the chance to be part of the creative process while enjoying some of the greatest musical theatre songs ever written."

Theatre Members can bring a friend for free, with Members tickets priced at $40. Advance tickets are $45 and can purchased before 5pm 3 April, then the adult price is $55, concession $50 and children under 18 are $30. Patrons are encouraged to secure their seats early and prepare to take control of a show where the audience calls the curtain shots.
Queenie will also be presenting a workshop on Saturday 18 April for anyone interested in taking part in Musical Theatre.
