A simulated challenge that helps to build the capability of leaders working in Asia has been held at RMIT Vietnam for the first time.
The Asia Intelligence Leadership Challenge, the flagship program facilitated by The Asia Society Australia and RMIT Asia Hub, was held at the Hanoi campus and, for the second time, at the RMIT University Melbourne City Campus.
The one-day immersive program brings together real-world challenges, mentoring, and industry insights to strengthen cross-cultural awareness and business acumen.
A simulated challenge that helps to build the capability of leaders working in Asia has been held at RMIT Vietnam for the first time. Participants heard from leaders across sectors before undertaking a team challenge, acting as strategic consultants for hypothetical businesses exploring expansion into Asian markets.
"Asia capability is not just about knowing the region but also building the skills and confidence to work across cultures, sectors and borders," RMIT Asia Hub Director Bonnie Rivendell said.
"This program shows how universities like RMIT and our partners, like Asia Society Australia, can collaborate to foster the next generation of leaders who can think strategically, build relationships and apply regional insight."
This year's Melbourne program was the largest to date, with more than 80 students taking part.
