Burglary Series Investigation At Carnarvon

Carnarvon Detectives are investigating a series of burglaries in Carnarvon that occurred on Sunday, 22 February 2026.

About 7.00am, police received a report from a member of the public that a toy store on Robinson Street had sustained significant damage to the front of the building and was unsecured. Upon attending the scene, police identified that a vehicle had been used to force entry to the premises prior to leaving the area.

Police received further reports of several other businesses on Robinson Street being targeted overnight in a similar manner, where a vehicle was used to force entry to two service stations and also ram through the gates of a towing yard.

Investigators are seeking public assistance for information in relation to the current whereabouts of a stolen bronze 2022 Toyota Prado station sedan, registration number 1IAA209 (WA), which was seen in the area around the time of these incidents. The vehicle has a silver bulbar fitted and hard cover over the rear spare tyre.

Anyone who sights the vehicle should call police immediately on 131 444.
