A burst water main on South Road at Melrose Park is going to cause significant traffic delays for motorists - with repairs expected to take all day.
The burst pipe is just north of the South Road and Daws Road intersection in the southbound carriageway with two southbound lanes closed during repairs.
SA Water will be on scene this morning with the repairs expected to last all day.
Motorists wanting to travel south on South Road are advised to take an alternative route, using Goodwood or Marion Road. North bound motorists travelling to the city are also expected to experience lengthy delays.
