The British Columbia (B.C.) Lean for Food Processors Program provides up to $8,000 for eligible businesses to access business planning services from a qualified business consultant.
The businesses worked on several goals, including:
- condensing the time spent on production;
- increasing output to keep pace with rising demand; and
- standardizing processes to gain operational efficiencies.
The following 14 B.C. businesses have received a total of $112,000 in funding from the B.C. Lean for Food Processors Program under the Canadian Agricultural Partnership:
