Byron Shire Council is seeking eight community members to participate in a focus group to help shape a new Customer Experience Strategy.
The two-hour community focus group session will be held on Tuesday 25 August, from 5pm to 7pm, at Council's Mullumbimby Administration Building and aims to gather a diverse range of perspectives and ideas.
"We would love to hear your thoughts on what creates a positive customer experience from people who live, work, study or own a business in the Shire," Council's Director of Corporate and Community Services Esmeralda Davis said.
"Tell us about your experiences in dealing and interacting with Council and help identify opportunities to improve our service to better meet community needs," she added.
Focus group members will:
- Share their experience of interacting with Council and accessing Council services.
- Discuss what is most important in creating a positive customer experience.
- Identify opportunities for Council to improve the customer experience.
- Provide feedback on the proposed Customer Experience Strategy principles.
