Car and man located after Wattle Park incident, South Australia

A man has been arrested following an appeal to the public to look out for a gold Suzuki.

The vehicle and man were wanted in connection with an aggravated assault and unlawful detention incident that allegedly occurred at a Wattle Park home on Saturday 16 May.

This morning, Monday 18 May, police located a 53-year-old Wattle Park man, and his car, at Tusmore and placed him under arrest. He has been charged with threaten to kill or endanger life, aggravated assault, detain a person and sexual assault. The man was known to the victim, a 55-year-old Wattle Park woman.

He has been refused police bail and will appear in the Adelaide Magistrates Court today.
