Logan City Council is inviting young people to explore their next step at the IGNITE Youth Careers Expo on Tuesday July 21, 2026 at the Logan Entertainment Centre.
IGNITE brings together education providers, employers and industry leaders to help young people make informed decisions about their future.
Mayor Jon Raven said IGNITE helps school leavers and job seekers explore their options and build confidence to kickstart their careers.
"The IGNITE Expo gives young people the chance to ask their burning questions and maybe even discover new pathways they might not have thought of before," Mayor Raven said.
"There are plenty of opportunities out there, and sometimes all that's needed is having the right people in the room to help you find them."
Attendees will have the chance to speak directly with potential employers, explore university and TAFE pathways, learn about apprenticeships and trades and discover industries of the future.
A range of interactive career zones will give young people a taste of different sectors.
These include the TAFE Queensland Zone, JMC Academy Creative Zone, and Active Queenslanders Industry Alliance Sport and Recreation Zone.
With hundreds of career and study opportunities on offer, IGNITE is the perfect place for young people to discover what's possible.
