Carinity Secures Third Consecutive Award for Satisfaction

Carinity has scored a hat-trick of awards from Australia's most comprehensive consumer opinion website.

The not-for-profit organisation has been recognised as one of the best performers in the Health Services category of the ProductReview Awards for a third consecutive year.

Positive feedback from family members has seen Carinity Aged Care record an average ProductReview score of close to five stars.

Not only has Carinity secured an award for a third straight year, the average review score for our services has also risen from 4.7 to 4.8 stars out of 5 rating.

ProductReview is an independent Australian product ratings website with over 3.7 million reviews. Customers can share their honest feedback about services based on their real-life experiences.

Customers and family members have reviewed the standard of Carinity's services in the areas of residential aged care, disability support, home care, and retirement villages.

Over 150 people have submitted their personal review of Carinity's services, with the highest possible score of five stars given for 83% of those reviews.

Some of Carinity's recent five-star reviews from ProductReview include:

  • "We are extremely happy with the care provided. The staff care and involvement is very impressive. The food, facility cleanliness, residence activities are all of a great standard. As well as recording an average 4.8-star rating for residential aged care, retirement villages and home care services, Carinity has scored an average 5-star score for its disability support services.

Carinity's Executive Manager for Aged Care, Heidi Wiebe, said the result is a "great achievement and reflection of our amazing staff".

"This result reflects the continued quality of service that Carinity delivers to its residents and clients across Queensland," Heidi said.

"It is continued recognition of the incredible commitment and care shown by our teams across all 11 of our aged care homes, as well as our community support services.

"We are grateful to all the families and customers whose reviews have combined to deliver such high scores for the third year that Carinity has participated in the ProductReview awards program."
