Detectives from the Homicide Squad are seeking information in relation to an incident that occurred in Caversham on Monday, 16 August 2021.
Just after 8pm, police were called to a disturbance at a holiday and caravan park located on Benara Road. On arrival police located a 22-year-old woman with serious injuries and a 51-year-old man with minor injuries.
The woman was conveyed to Royal Perth Hospital with life threatening injuries.
A 31-year-old woman from Armadale appeared in the Perth Magistrates Court on 17 August 2021 after being charged with:-
•One count of Attempt to Unlawfully Kill; and
•One count of Wounding with Circumstances of Aggravation.
Yesterday, 18 August 2021, the 22-year old woman died in hospital as a result of her injuries.
The 31-year old woman has since been charged with Murder and will appear before the Midland Magistrates Court tomorrow, 20 August 2021.
