Take Transperth to your New Year's Eve celebrations and say goodbye to 2020 in style - you will even get a free ride home courtesy of the McGowan Government.
Travel on all Transperth services, including buses, trains and ferries, will be free between 12.01am and 6am on New Year's Day to help those out celebrating to get home quickly and safely.
Trains will run right through the night and well into New Year's Day, with increased capacity and extra trains on all lines. Buses will run well into the early hours, and the ferry runs until 1am.
On New Year's Eve, buses will operate on a weekday timetable with lots of additional services on selected routes. CATs will be on the normal weekday timetable.
Train services will operate on a weekday timetable with additional services operating before and after midnight.
After midnight, trains on all lines except Thornlie will leave Perth about every 15 minutes until 3am, then at 3.30am, 4.15am, and 5.15am.
The last Thornlie Line service leaves Perth at 11.47pm.
The ferry will run on a 15 minute frequency until 11pm, then every 30 minutes until 1am.
After 6am on New Year's Day, all bus, train and ferry services will operate on a public holiday timetable.

"Travel on all Transperth services will be free from midnight until 6am on January 1, so there's no better time to let our team do the driving.
"This allows for safe and reliable travel post-midnight as people will be out celebrating the New Year.
"There's nothing worse than getting stuck after a fun night out, so plan ahead and take advantage of the hundreds of extra services planned to get you home safely."
